We connect highly experienced and reliable SLPs with school districts in need of caseload coverage. We work directly with schools to support their unique caseload and staffing needs in a flexible and collaborative partnership.

School Staffing

As an SLP-owned company, Speech Connect Wisconsin offers a creative and collaborative solution for Wisconsin school districts in need of exceptional speech therapy coverage. We connect schools with experienced DPI licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver engaging and evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to each students’ needs and in compliance with Individualized Education Plans.

We provide:

  • Full-time or Part-time coverage (any % of FTE)

  • FMLA coverage

  • Extended School Year Contracts (ESY) and Compensatory Services Contracts

  • Emergency Coverage (IEPs/Evals)

Speech and Language Therapy Services

Our Speech Language Pathologists serve students by:

  • Conducting virtual screenings and assessments

  • Writing evaluation reports and completing IEP paperwork

  • Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and parents

  • Providing case management and conducing IEP meetings

    Delivering virtual services to address:

  • Expressive and Receptive Language

  • Social Skills and Pragmatic Language

  • Articulation and Phonology

  • Assistive Technology/AAC

  • Voice Disorders
